What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy refers to the inhalation and topical application of pure essential oils distilled from aromatic plants to restore or enhance health, beauty and well-being. For some this means simply diffusing oils to enhance the psyche; while for others this includes seeking deeper, therapeutic action as a means of self-healing or as a preventative method.
Who will benefit from your Aromatherapy Certification Program?
Just about everyone could benefit from taking our courses in aromatherapy, especially those who desire to improve or maintain their health naturally. From a professional standpoint, this list includes Health Care Practitioners such as Nurses, Midwives, Chiropractors, Psychologists, Pychotherapists, Physical Therapists, homemakers, Teachers, Pastors, Counselors and Cosmetologists. Other practices such as Holistic Therapists such as Therapeutic Touch Practitioners, Massage Therapists, Reflexologists, and Reiki Practitioners would also benefit and enhance their practice.
When I take your course, will I be able to call myself an Aromatherapist?
Yes, once you complete the Level 1 Aromatherapy Certification Program you will have met NAHA’s standards of training as an Aromatherapist. After completion of the Aromatherapy Certification Level 2 Program (250+ hours), plus case studies and an 8-10 page research paper you will have met NAHA’s national standard as a Certified Aromatherapist. In some instances, you may even be a qualified Clinical Aromatherapist. Please, feel free to call 786-556-9105 for further clarification. When taking individual courses, you may receive a certificate of completion with the designated hours for that course.
Do you offer Continuing Education Certification?
We are approved for CEU’s credits through the NCBTMB.org (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork) in all the states who use this certification board. There are only five states who do not participate. Please call, 786-556-9105 for more questions.
Do you offer a Free Aromatherapy Course?
If you have not done so already, you will need to register. Once you have registered successfully, please call 786-556-9105, the Starter Program is a 3-Day Trial. The Aromatherapy Courses for that level will be automatically added to your profile. In order to access the course, simply login to the website with your username and password and click on the link My Profile. You will see the course next to your personal information and can get started immediately.
What Payment Methods do you accept for your Aromatherapy Courses and products?
We accept MasterCard and Visa, PayPal, Money Orders, checks and cash. You can call if you prefer to make your payment by phone at 786-556-9105. We do offer payment plans for the Aromatherapy Certification Program. Please contact us directly to set up your payment plan if you do not use Paypal. Payment online through Paypal accepts all forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, Checks and Debit Cards. We recommend this so that you can get started in your course right away. Other options include mailing a check for payment to: Aroma Hut Asheville, P.O. Box 752, Kodak, TN 37764, or by phone: 786-556-9105 in which we will take your credit card information. We will require a current mailing address and email address in order to set up your account.
